Livemore Grew Shopify Revenue 61% on Flat Ad Spend
Livemore had retail awareness at Target and Walmart and needed paid social to turn it into DTC sales on its own site.
The Goal
✔ Turn Retail Awareness Into DTC Sales
✔ Bring Meta Acquisition Costs Down
✔ Convert More Site Visitors
The Solution
One Consolidated Advantage+ Campaign
For four months we split spend across three sales campaigns, a traffic campaign and a Walmart campaign. MER averaged 0.84. We then moved everything into one Advantage+ Shopping campaign and tested every new ad inside it.
Ingredient-First Site Changes
We added clean-ingredient imagery to the build-your-own-bundle page, with an ingredient breakdown on hover. Clarity recordings showed about 30% of visitors clicking product images. Those clicks did nothing. We turned them into add-to-cart buttons.
Creative Tested by Format
We split-tested UGC, static and mixed campaigns. Statics brought the lowest cost per purchase, and video drove bigger orders. Our top UGC ad spent $5,602 at a $70.03 cost per purchase. We watched video for fatigue and swapped ads as costs climbed.
The Result
In the four months before we consolidated, Livemore spent $20,619 on ads and made $17,442 in Shopify revenue. In the four months after, spend held at $20,067 and Shopify revenue rose to $28,074.
That is 61% more revenue on 3% less spend. MER rose from 0.85 to 1.40. On Meta, purchases more than doubled from 111 to 236, and cost per purchase fell from $183.99 to $82.96. The store set new monthly records for revenue and for orders, with 93 orders in its best month.
